If you access or use Fortuna on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Fortuna aggregates token and presale-related data signals and presents them in structured formats, including scores, rankings, and risk indicators.

All information is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Fortuna does not recommend, endorse, or promote any token, project, or protocol, and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided.

Scores, indicators, and outputs are contextual tools only and should not be interpreted as predictions or definitive assessments. The inclusion of any token or project on the platform does not imply approval, safety, or legitimacy.

You agree not to misuse the platform or interfere with its operation. This includes attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems or data, disrupting the platform’s functionality, or using the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

You must not scrape, extract, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive underlying data or infrastructure from the platform, except where such activity is permitted by applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access where misuse is suspected.

You agree not to engage in, or attempt to engage in, any of the following activities in connection with your use of Fortuna:

You agree not to treat any content on the platform as financial or investment advice or as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Where appropriate, you should seek independent professional advice.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

All content, data, design, branding, software, and materials made available through the platform are owned by Fortuna or its licensors, unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written consent, except where permitted by law.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, with or without notice.

We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

The platform may include links to or references from third-party websites, content, or services.

Fortuna does not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for any third-party content or services. Any interaction or transaction you enter into with third parties is solely between you and that third party.

We aim to minimise the collection of personal data; however, we may process certain information such as wallet addresses, usage data, and technical identifiers in connection with your use of the platform.

We may also engage third-party service providers, including analytics providers, who may process data independently.

By using Fortuna, you acknowledge that blockchain transactions are inherently public and may be visible to others, and that we are not responsible for any information you make public through your use of blockchain networks.

Fortuna is a non-custodial, informational platform and does not hold, manage, or control your assets, private keys, or wallets.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the custody and security of your assets and that you do not rely on Fortuna for financial, investment, or trading decisions. All use of the platform is at your own discretion and risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that you have not relied on any representation, statement, or information provided by Fortuna in making any decision relating to crypto assets.

You are solely responsible for complying with all laws and regulations applicable to you, including those relating to taxation.

Your use of crypto assets may result in tax obligations, including income tax, capital gains tax, or other applicable taxes. It is your responsibility to determine and fulfil any such obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fortuna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from or in connection with your use of the platform.

This includes, without limitation, any loss of funds, assets, profits, data, or opportunities resulting from trading activity, token transfers, protocol interactions, wallet usage, third-party integrations, or reliance on any information provided by the platform.

You acknowledge that your use of Fortuna is entirely at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with crypto assets and blockchain-based systems, including volatility, technological risks, security vulnerabilities, fraud, and market manipulation.

You understand that blockchain transactions are irreversible, that tokens may be fraudulent or without value, and that market conditions can change rapidly.

You assume full responsibility for all risks associated with your use of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable local law.
