By posting comments, reviews, or other user-generated content on Fortuna, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines.
1. Intellectual Property (IP)

Do not post, upload, distribute, or reproduce content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights belonging to individuals, projects, organizations, or third parties.

2. Respectful Conduct

Users may disagree with project assessments, investment theses, or community opinions; however, discussions must remain respectful.
The following are prohibited:
- Violence or Threats: Threatening individuals or groups, encouraging violence or harmful actions, wishing harm upon others
- Harassment: Targeted abuse, bullying, discriminatory remarks, sexual harassment or unwanted advances
- Hate Speech: Content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Offensive Content: Vulgar, obscene, or excessively offensive language, graphic or disturbing content
3. Misleading Information & Manipulation
Users must not intentionally publish false, deceptive, or misleading information.
Users should distinguish clearly between facts, opinions, and speculation.
- False audit claims
- Fake partnerships
- Fabricated team credentials
- Fake exchange listings
- Misrepresented fundraising activity
- Unsupported allegations against projects or individuals
4. Market Manipulation & Shilling
Fortuna does not permit attempts to artificially influence market sentiment.
Users are encouraged to share genuine analysis and opinions but must not attempt to manipulate markets or community sentiment.
- Coordinated promotion campaigns
- Pump-and-dump schemes
- Artificial hype generation
- Fear, uncertainty, and doubt (FUD) campaigns
- Misleading price predictions presented as facts
- Undisclosed paid promotions
- Creating multiple accounts to amplify opinions
5. Spam & Promotional Content
Fortuna encourages discussion, education, and knowledge sharing.
However, users may not:
Promotional content may be reviewed or removed at Fortuna's discretion.
- Post repetitive messages
- Flood discussions
- Promote referral links excessively
- Advertise products or services without relevance
- Post affiliate marketing campaigns
- Repeatedly share identical content across multiple projects
6. Scams, Fraud & Malicious Activity
Any activity intended to deceive, defraud, exploit, or harm users is strictly prohibited.
Accounts involved in fraudulent activity may be permanently restricted.
- Phishing links
- Fake airdrops
- Fraudulent investment opportunities
- Wallet-draining applications
- Impersonation of teams, auditors, exchanges, influencers, or Fortuna staff
- Requests for seed phrases, private keys, passwords, or wallet credentials
7. Privacy & Personal Information
Protect your privacy and respect the privacy of others.
Do not post:
Fortuna may remove personal information to protect affected individuals.
- Private phone numbers
- Personal email addresses
- Government-issued identification
- Home addresses
- Banking information
- Non-public communications
- Confidential information
8. Illegal Activities
Users may not use Fortuna to facilitate, encourage, or promote illegal activities.
Content associated with unlawful activity may be removed immediately.
- Fraud
- Money laundering
- Illegal financial schemes
- Identity theft
- Distribution of unlawful goods or services
- Circumvention of applicable laws or regulations
9. Automated Abuse & Platform Integrity
Users may not misuse Fortuna's services through automated or malicious activity.
Fortuna reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in abusive automated behavior.
- Automated spam posting
- Bot-generated manipulation campaigns
- Attempted service disruption
- Unauthorized scraping
- Account farming
- Circumvention of moderation systems
10. Content Attribution & Plagiarism
Users are encouraged to share research, articles, and educational content responsibly.
